Daí, 300 km de puro prazer e muitas surpresas irão certamente tornar esta viagem inesquecível.

Two German cyclo-tourists decide to visit the Algarve, in the south of the country, by bicycle. And because bikes can't swim, the first stage has to be in ferry across the Tagus river. From there, 300 km of pure pleasure and many surprises will certainly make this trip unforgettable.

Tal como já visto anteriormente, em Roma é comum ver-se as bicicletas encostadas às paredes e presas em postes que não servem para esse efeito. Aqui mais 3 exemplos, em destaque uma Gloria, junto ao Palazzo Barberini que actualmente alberga a Galeria Nacional de Arte Antiga.

As previously seen, in Rome it is common to see bicycles standing against the walls and locked to vertical posts that are not meant for this use. Here 3 more examples, standing out a Gloria, by the Palazzo Barberini that today lodges the National Gallery of Ancient Art.

0337 - Blauwbrug

Agosto 2012 - Amesterdão, Holanda

Mais uma da terra das tulipas... Esta está parada na mítica Blauwbrug (literalmente, "ponte azul"), uma ponte histórica de Amesterdão que liga a Rembrandtplein à Waterlooplein. Esta ponte deve o seu nome a uma ponte azul de madeira que existia no mesmo local por volta de 1600. Depois de 1883 manteve o mesmo nome após serem substituídos os vãos da nova ponte, sendo estes inspirados na arquitectura de várias das pontes sobre o Sena, em Paris.

Another one from the land of tulips... This one stands in the famous Blauwbrug (literally, "blue bridge"), an historic bridge in Amsterdam that links Rembrandtplein to Waterlooplein. This bridge owes its name to a blue wooden bridge that existed in the same place around 1600. After 1883 it kept the original name after replaced by the spans of the new bridge, these inspired by the architecture of several of the bridges on the Seine in Paris.
