"Praça do Peixe" is a night spot in Aveiro, full of clubs, restaurants and dancing places. It is also a place that the portuguese police can control, because only two roads are entering the area. Because of that, many people go there on foot... and also by bike. And the are bike owners that do everything to secure the bike near the pub...
