Um ciclista solitário pedala nas margens do rio Tejo, em Belém. Embora os portugueses não estejam acostumados ao frio, as atitudes estão a mudar. Hoje em dia pelas 7h da manhã não é raro ver ciclistas ao longo das margens do Tejo a contemplar a Lisboa panorâmica.
